Scarlett Johansson and her sister Vanessa are finally collaborating by lending their voices to an audiobook. This marks the first time the siblings have worked together on a project.
The 31-year-old actress collaborated with her sibling on the reinterpretation of Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Watch the video below.
The Johansson sisters have collaborated on an audio book project, showcasing their talents. Vanessa, who has a background in voice acting and has previously worked with the company, took on the role of director for this project. The duo was spotted together at The Weinstein Company & Glamour Magazine 2006 Golden Globes After Party.
According to an article from People, the individual who is 36 years old claimed that it was an obvious decision.
The duo collaborated on transforming Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures In Wonderland. According to her, they share a close bond and have been amusing themselves with various voices since childhood. Thus, working together on this project was a delightful experience because they are accustomed to creating together.
The two siblings collaborated in the studio for this undertaking, resulting in a closer sisterly bond. Vanessa shared that they had a great time together, with lots of laughter and silly moments.
Vanessa mentioned to People that it was an obvious decision for her and Scarlett to collaborate on this project. Vanessa was photographed at the debut of “The Objective” during the 2008 Tribeca Film Festival in New York City. She also added that the plotline of the story called for a lot of imagination and creativity. Both actresses were taken aback at how peculiar and unconventional the narrative was; they couldn’t believe it was intended for kids! Scarlett, who is now a mother herself, will likely be more invested in bringing a children’s story to life.
In September 2014, Scarlett became a mother to her daughter Rose. Nowadays, she spends most of her time in Paris with her husband Romain Dauriac, who works as a French journalist. The talented actress has a range of projects lined up for 2016, including her role as Natasha Romanoff in Captain America: Civil War.
